In compliance with the laws and the directives in force and considering the needs of society and the environment, our products and services of superior quality are provided in a responsible manner for the greater interest of our clients, shareholders and collaborators.
The quality of our products and the safety of the latter (HACCP method ) as well as the protection of consumers (rules and norms, IFS, BRC, PMS and EC and national directives) are of maximum importance.
Our processes are monitored and analyzed. This ensures the quality of our products and constant improvement of our system of quality management.
In this way Caillor has reached the requirements of the International Food Standard (IFS) and BRC Global Standard Food (CRO) for the last three years, guaranteeing that the products placed on the market are safe and healthy.
Commitment of management
The direction of the CAILLOR company confirms:- The establishment and maintenance of an adequate system of quality assurance, recognizing that the latter is now and will be in the future a peremptory obligation to ensure the safety of products intended for human consumption, and to do this while respecting the environment ;
- To take all necessary measures to ensure that the conditions of production of the company under its direction, are always in accordance with directives and laws in force and the specific requirements concerning the manufacture of quail and products with a basis of quail ;
- To be aware that a meticulous quality system is essential in order to guarantee the safety of products, and to avoid accidents with harmful consequences both for the buyers and those of the different levels of production and marketing of the product ;
- Their responsibility to the setting up and to the optimum implementation of the quality assurance system, by creating in the company the ideal conditions for the realization of all these measures, and giving maximum priority to the conservation of this state of mind of all the collaborators involved in this task ;
- That, in view of the laws and directives, they are aware that a civil responsibility can or does exists ;
- To have contracted the services of a person responsible for quality supported by a HACCP team, so that they shall ensure the assurance of the application of quality in the field of production of quail and products with a basis of quail is respected. That the person responsible for quality has a duty, where appropriate, and after consultation with the direction, to put in place the instructions for all collaborators to follow, and to take all necessary measures to the assurance of the quality in the case of possible faults in the system.
