At all levels of the network, regular training of participants in the new rules of know-how and food safety allows CAILLOR to guarantee the quality of products.

With its selection centre  that is unique in the world, a hatchery which sees 600.000 baby quails hatched per week, and one of the most modern slaughterhouses in Europe, CAILLOR is today one of the few companies able to guarantee complete traceability of the product.
CAILLOR develops a breeding of quality in partnership with a network of regional breeders who, each day, defend the values of the South-West, by respecting a charter of breeding good practices with livestock.

By feeding 100 % vegetable, mineral and vitamin food to the animals and taking into account animal welfare, the consumer is ensured of a healthy product, such as the RED LABEL Farm Quail of the Landes which is our best ambassador.

Thanks to an efficient industry tool and an expert quality system, CAILLOR conditions the products in the best sanitary conditions.

National coverage by a range of slaughterhouses and of logistical centres criss-crossing the French territory offer  CAILLOR customers both proximity and reactivity.

Our professionalism and mastery of new technologies of information and communication allow us to integrate with the supply-chain of our clients, we regularly adapt to new logistical and commercial requirements (EDI, SSCC...).
