A true visionary, Jean Louis LESPEZ believes in the democratization of the quail and in 1977 created the CAILLOR company.


Situated in Sarbazan, in the heart of the Landes forest, the enterprise today numbers 200 collaborators, and has for the last 30 years occupied the leading position in the French and European markets.


Thanks to joining with the Spanish family group SOLE in November 2006, CAILLOR is incontestably becoming the foremost producer of quails in Europe.
