Grown in the heart of the forests of the Landes in South West France, Quail have been reared by Caillor S.A. for over 30 years. Today Caillor S.A. is the largest producer of Quail in Europe producing over 25 million Quail and 80 million Quail eggs per year.

The company has breeding and rearing farm facilities, a hatchery and a modern quail processing plant with BRC and IFS accreditation. Caillor S.A. has a weekly capacity of 350,000 quail and 1,000,000 quail eggs.

It offers a wide range of fresh and frozen quail including oven-ready, boned and stuffed quail, together with fresh and cooked peeled eggs.

The company’s client portfolio includes supermarkets, importers and wholesalers of fine food.
